These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 999we in connection with your use of the 999we platform, including the website at 999we.app, all games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By completing the 999we registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during account creation, or by continuing to access the platform after any amendment to these Terms is published, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full, including all amendments published from time to time.

You must not register using false details, another person's identity, or fictitious information of any kind.

Age Verification: 999we reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or following any period of account inactivity. Documents typically accepted include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.

Each player may hold only one (1) active 999we account at any time. The opening of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999we account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted via your 999we account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 999we's support team immediately. 999we cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 999we account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available in your account settings.
• Never access your 999we account from public or shared devices without logging out completely afterward.
• Report any suspicious account activity to 999we support at [email protected] without delay.

All financial transactions on the 999we platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999we does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to player balances.

Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 999we does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your 999we account has been fully verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the platform's payment information pages. 999we typically processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three business days for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal is processed, 999we may require you to provide satisfactory proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. 999we reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of any amount where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Withdrawals will not be processed where the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.

Anti-Money Laundering: 999we is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to transaction monitoring. 999we will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players must not use the 999we platform to move funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.

999we offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Specific promotions targeting Pakistani players — such as PSL season cricket betting bonuses, JazzCash deposit promotions, and EasyPaisa cashback offers — will each carry their own individual terms published on the relevant promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the individual terms of each promotion before opting in.

All sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and other gaming activities available on 999we are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market type within the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Sports Betting: All cricket betting markets — including PSL match winner, top batsman, in-play ball-by-ball markets, and outright tournament winner markets — are subject to 999we's sports betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules, which may include void settlement and stake return.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. 999we's casino games are provided by third-party game providers whose own game rules apply in addition to these Terms.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 999we reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect payout, 999we reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — where a reasonable player would have recognised the odds as an error — are void regardless of the displayed outcome. 999we will not be liable for losses resulting from system errors or outages.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999we platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or betting market for financial gain — any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes, or using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 999we staff, support agents, or other players.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider without first contacting 999we support to resolve the dispute. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool in violation of applicable laws or to circumvent regional access restrictions.

• Loss of data or information.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
